Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate who excels in operating a forklift and possesses strong warehouse management skills. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing IT assets, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering to data sanitization protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating a forklift to move materials, unload trucks, and manage inventory within the warehouse. Capturing and uploading relevant device information into the inventory management system. Executing data wiping procedures using Blanco software. Sorting and routing assets based on technical relevance, and internal components. Following strict data sanitization and destruction procedures in compliance with regulations. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Adapting to changing workloads and prioritizing tasks accordingly. Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in IT asset management. Proficiency in operating a Raymond Standup Pacer forklift. Basic knowledge of office and enterprise-grade IT equipment. Attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Essential Job Function:
Frequently positioning of oneself to perform work tasks Must be able to operate the manipulation of tools, objects and controls as necessary Move up to 40 pounds repeatedly Ability to work in different climates, such as extreme hot/humid or cold, for an entire shift. Work Environment:
