Job Description
O'Neill Logistics is a family-owned, asset-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering warehousing, transportation, and distribution solutions nationwide. Position Summary O'Neill Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to safely operate Order Pickers and Turret Trucks in our high-bay racked warehouse. This position is responsible for picking customer orders, replenishing inventory, consolidating product within rack locations, and placing or retrieving pallets from storage. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate Order Picker and Turret Truck equipment. Pick customer orders from rack locations using RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Replenish pick locations from reserve rack inventory. Consolidate inventory within rack locations to maximize storage utilization. Put away inbound pallets from the warehouse floor into assigned rack locations. Retrieve pallets from rack storage for replenishment, shipping, or other warehouse operations. Verify product quantities, locations, and item numbers before completing inventory transactions. Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly scanning all product movements. Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience operating an Order Picker and/or Turret Truck preferred. Forklift certification or the ability to become certified. Experience in a warehouse or 3PL distribution environment preferred. Comfortable working at elevated heights in high-bay racking. Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
