Candidates must have experience with mechanical assembly, an understanding of technical schematics, and knowledge of weapon systems and components. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, inspecting for defects, and ensuring proper functionality of all assembled systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding federal regulations and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and inventory weapon components, materials, and supplies, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage. Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate or adjust mechanical parts according to precise technical drawings and engineering specifications. Prepare and deliver components to assembly teams according to production schedules, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Perform regular equipment and inventory checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding the storage and handling of weapon materials and sensitive items.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of Weapon assembly required CNC operator experience Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.

The base salary range for this position is $ 29,120 , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
