Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our manufacturing facility! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help keep production running smoothly. You'll be actively involved in various tasks that support assembly lines, warehouse operations, and overall factory functions. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly process by using hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility or warehouse area Support the setup and maintenance of the assembly line to ensure continuous production flow Conduct routine inspections of equipment, tools, and materials to uphold safety standards and quality control Handle warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing inventory items Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery is a plus Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable; certification is a bonus Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems is advantageous Reliable team player with good communication skills willing to learn new skills on the job Join us in this energetic role where your skills will directly contribute to our manufacturing success!
