In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, logistics, and distribution operations. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order pickers to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to move stock within the warehouse. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and update records accurately. Stock shelves, organize products, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to optimize warehouse efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, completing inbound/outbound logs, and ensuring proper documentation. Support order fulfillment processes by packaging items securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with team members on order picking, packing, and inventory replenishment to meet daily distribution goals. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail for order picking, packing, and stock management tasks. Basic understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
