Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations. Duties Safely operate trucks to deliver products to various locations following designated routes. Load and unload shipments using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of goods. Assist in warehouse organization by moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Verify delivery details, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain detailed logs of shipments and routes. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety compliance; report any issues promptly. Support team members with warehouse tasks as needed, including manual lifting of heavy items and assisting with inventory counts. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or route driving with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong warehouse experience including loading/unloading, moving heavy items, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Valid driver's license experience with box trucks or drivers preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; comfortable with manual transmission vehicles. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, warehouse operations, and equipment use.
