General Laborer (Production Support)

Duluth, GA Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Lots of overtime potential!) About the Role We are seeking a hardworking General Laborer to support our paper recycling operations in Duluth. This role is essential to our daily production flow, involving the movement, sorting, and preparation of materials for our industrial processing equipment. This is an ideal position for someone who prefers an active, physically demanding workday and is looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities Manually load and unload heavy bundles of paper, cardboard, and poster board. Sort materials to ensure they are free of contaminants before processing. Assist machine operators (including Guillotine Operators) with material staging. Maintain facility cleanliness by clearing debris and organizing storage areas. Follow all safety guidelines while working around heavy moving equipment.

Qualifications Physical Strength:

Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull between 50-75 lbs throughout the shift.

Stamina:

Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of an 8-hour shift in a warehouse environment.

Experience:

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Reliability:

Dependable transportation and a strong commitment to being on time for a 7:00 AM start.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
