specializes in event design and production for mitzvahs, corporate events, weddings, galas, and other special events. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Floral Production & EventSetup to support floral preparation, warehouse operations, and event installations. This position processes flowers, prepares floral materials and décor, and assists with event setup and teardown. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse & Floral Operations Load and unload décor, props, floral supplies, drapery, and event furniture. Process flowers by trimming, conditioning, hydrating, and preparing materials for arrangements. Clean and prepare vases, containers, and event vessels. Assist with tracking, labeling, counting, and organizing floral and event inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Event Setup & Teardown Assist with on-site event setup, including floral décor, drapery, lighting, signage, props, and furniture. Safely climb ladders to install floral arrangements and décor elements indoors and outdoors. Support event breakdown and the return of floral, décor, and related materials. Work with event leadership and team members to support timely and professional event execution. Tools & Operational Support Safely operate approved hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, staple guns, and other equipment used for event setup. Assist with signage, decals, and other finishing details as assigned. Organize floral supplies, event materials, tools, and equipment in designated storage areas. Communicate damaged, missing, or low inventory to management. Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Assist with warehouse and production priorities during high-volume event periods. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening. Strong teamwork, reliability, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow event orders and preparation instructions. Ability to safely operate approved hand and power tools used for event setup. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry 30-60 lbs independently, with team lifts required for heavier items. Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in hot or cold non-climate-controlled environments. Dependable and able to work scheduled hours based on operational and event production needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, floral, event production, or event setup experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience working in event, floral, or other creative production environments. Work Environment & Schedule This position is based in our Flowery Branch warehouse, with work at event locations as required. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting, loading, unloading, and moving event materials and equipment. Standard warehouse operations are primarily conducted during weekday hours. Event-related work may require extended hours, late nights, weekends, and occasional travel. Work schedules may vary based on event production requirements and business needs.
