In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks that keep our projects moving forward efficiently. Your contribution will help ensure smooth workflows, safety, and quality across different work sites. We value proactive, motivated individuals eager to take on physical challenges and support team efforts with enthusiasm and reliability. We work Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, off on the weekends. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment to ensure timely project progress Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe working environment Support skilled trades by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks as directed by supervisors Operate basic tools and machinery safely, following all safety protocols and procedures Help with inventory management by counting supplies and ensuring proper storage of materials Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and contribute to overall project goals Removing roofs on campers Replace roofs on Campers Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting is preferred Reliable transportation to work sites; punctuality is essential Prior experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding career where your effort makes an immediate impact!
