Gainesville, GA warehouse Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Manage warehouse distribution processes using warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing procedures Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper stocking techniques to optimize space and accessibility Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities during order fulfillment Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and maintaining organized storage areas to support inventory accuracy Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is a plus Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse management systems Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory stocking Ability to perform physical tasks such as load & unload shipments and stand or walk for extended periods Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements are essential Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks Join us in creating a lively workplace where your efforts directly impact our success!
