JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse duties, including receiving material, stowing and organizing stock, staging material for pick-ups and deliveries, wrapping, loading and inventory management. They will also be expected to drive to and from job sites or customer sites to deliver material. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assemble, wrap and stage orders Bend, kneel, stoop, and climb to get material in the warehouse. Count, audit and gather material for customers in the warehouse. Palletize, strap, and secure material for transport. Drive a forklift in a warehouse to receive material from trucks at docks or outside. Keep the work area clean and pull inventory to front as product is used up. Clean trash from around dock areas periodically to keep lot clean. Follow all company and warehouse procedures and safety measures Drive a box truck and deliver material to job sites or customer sites.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ years experience operating forklifts Experience working in a warehouse environment Experience working with and following safety standards including use of PPE Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 bounds often and 75 pounds occasionally Strong team mentality - willing to do what it takes in support of the company and team Excellent verbal communication skills Strong work ethic; understanding that attendance and timeliness matters Clean driving record CDL preferred
