Position Overview We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our HVAC operations running smoothly from receiving parts to prepping technician orders and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Supportive team & positive work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Long-term job stability with a respected HVAC company What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and store HVAC parts and equipment Pick and prepare accurate orders for field technicians Help with loading and unloading trucks Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided) Perform regular inventory counts and track materials Support technicians with parts requests and other needs Pitch in with general warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Prior HVAC warehouse experience preferred, but not required Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs Forklift certified (or willing to get certified) Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Great communication and organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Must pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment Long-Term Employment Opportunity EOE
