Equipment Coordinator Job Description As an Equipment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment yard. You will act as a key liaison between the branch, customers, and drivers, ensuring that equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for delivery. This position offers a solid foundation for growth into roles such as Sales/Operations Coordinator or Driver. Responsibilities Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing heavy and construction equipment in the yard. Assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment, staging items for drivers, and verifying delivery and return tickets. Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing advice on equipment selection and usage. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Essential Skills Experience in cleaning and general labor. Ability to perform manual labor and operate equipment. Valid driver's license. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for the entire shift. Physical capability to bend, squat, reach, and lift. Strong communication and organizational skills. Work Environment This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions in the equipment yard, where employees will clean, wash, and move vehicles. Some work will also take place in the shop, requiring adaptability to different environments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
