Job Description
Job Overview Kudzu Staffing is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations within a fast-paced factory environment, assisting with material handling, and product operation. Responsibilities Load and unload materials, products, and equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment ( experience preferred but not required ) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for the duration of the shift Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow instructions
