Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for inventory accuracy? Our regional clients are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to ensure inventory integrity and support high-level warehouse productivity through precise auditing and cycle counting.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts to verify system accuracy Conducting internal audits and investigations to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Utilizing handheld devices and warehouse technology to record and verify data Assisting the QA Manager with corrective action implementation and slot profiling Collecting and organizing raw data into clear, actionable reports for management Reviewing company procedures to ensure full compliance across the facility Optimizing pick locations through slot profiling to improve overall warehouse flow Maintaining an organized work area and adhering to all workplace safety protocols Specific duties vary by client

Requirements:

3+ years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred Prior experience with an Order Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Forklift is a plus High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for data review Proficiency with computerized handheld devices and a willingness to learn new systems Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 8+ hours and lift/move 50-65 lbs Comfortable working in varied environments, including food grade and noisy settings Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Strong record of reliability and punctual attendance If interested, please go to
