Job Description

Job Summary The Maintenance & Warehouse Associate is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of vendor booth spaces, warehouse areas, and common facility zones within the multi-vendor marketplace. This position ensures that all vendor spaces remain safe, functional, and visually appealing, while also assisting with product movement, installations, and light construction tasks as needed. The role involves frequent customer and vendor interaction, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to maintain a professional and helpful environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs across vendor booths (painting, carpentry, fixture adjustments, lighting, signage, etc.). Assist vendors with booth setup, rearrangement, and product display installations. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues and promptly resolve them. Handle warehouse duties such as unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Coordinate with management to schedule repairs, upgrades, or booth improvements. Provide customer and vendor assistance in a courteous, professional manner. Respond to maintenance requests, safety concerns, or incidents in a timely and efficient manner. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Support event setups, open houses, and seasonal décor changes when needed. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and building standards. Ensuring compliance of total store daily cleaning checklists. Qualifications Proven experience in general maintenance, facilities repair, or warehouse operations. Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and vendor interaction. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends during events or vendor setup days.
