Using specialized equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts, you will safely navigate high storage racks to pick, load, and unload products with precision. This position offers an energetic environment focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Your expertise will help streamline warehouse operations, support shipping and receiving processes, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment safely following OSHA standards and warehouse safety protocols Pick orders accurately using barcode scanning technology for logistics and inventory management systems Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to heavy lifting guidelines and manual handling safety standards Maintain precise inventory records through warehouse management systems and conduct regular stock counts Assist with shipping & receiving activities by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring proper documentation Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation of material handling equipment Follow warehouse distribution procedures to optimize space utilization and streamline order picking processes Experience Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, or similar heavy machinery Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, shipping & receiving Familiarity with warehouse safety standards including OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols Prior experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and materials handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Experience in manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and load securing in a fast-paced environment Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to safe practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
