Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities of the

Crating & Packaging Associate:

Build custom wooden pallets, skids, and crates for domestic and international shipments Measure, mark, and cut plywood and lumber to required dimensions Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, and tape measures Package products using protective materials to prevent damage during transit Secure equipment and materials using banding, strapping, blocking, and bracing methods Apply accurate shipping labels and verify packaging requirements are met Load products into crates and position materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks Move completed shipments to staging and loading areas Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications of the

Crating & Packaging Associate:

Previous warehouse, shipping, packaging, manufacturing, construction, or crating experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a production environment Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow work instructions and meet production deadlines Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Crating & Packaging Associate Apply Today!
