Job Description

Warehouse Operations Assistant (224020-14) This role supports day-to-day customer service and administrative operations. You'll process orders, update records, provide inventory details, and route requests—partnering closely with operations and other teams. Success looks like clear communication, accurate data entry, and steady follow-through in a fast-moving office environment. Street parking available nearby. Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Location Waipahu, Oahu Pay $20 to $23 an hour Responsibilities Process incoming orders and receipts; confirm details and update records promptly. Provide clients with status and inventory information; answer questions and route requests. Coordinate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep work moving. Enter and maintain data in client portals and internal order/warehouse systems. Monitor shared inboxes/queues; prioritize, track, and close items on time. Escalate exceptions and follow up to resolution; document outcomes. Support general administrative tasks (docs, filing, basic reporting, call handling) as needed. Take direction from the department lead and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Qualifications Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) with clients, technicians, and internal teams. Strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Consistently professional, reliable, and service-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn business software. Highly proficient in Excel. Accurate, high-volume data entry skills. Excellent attendance and follow-through. Upon hire, must have the ability to pass a background check.
