This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, preparing inventory, and delivering furniture and accessories as well as maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities Lift, bend and twist merchandise up to 50-100 lbs. Team lifting required for larger items Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Enter inventory into Clover POS system Pack, load and secure merchandise Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Deliver projects in a professional and timely manner Courteous and customer focused to ensure utmost customer satisfaction Ability to hang and secure items to the wall Follow operational and safety procedures Flexibility to adjust to daily variations in schedule Possession of an unrestricted driver's license and maintain safe driving record Capability to drive a box truck, SUV and trailer required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, vision, and dental insurance PTO program and paid holidays Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive team environment Employee discounts on products
