About Accu-Steel Accu-Steel is a leading manufacturer of high-quality fabric-covered buildings, serving clients nationwide. Our team values safety, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic in everything we do. We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing operations team. Position Overview We are seeking a General Laborer to support our operations through warehouse support, forklift operation, maintenance, and small local deliveries. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep.
- Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
- Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Make small, local deliveries of parts and materials as needed.
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and assisting with audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as directed by the operations team. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Basic mechanical and maintenance skills are a plus. What We Offer
