Job Summary :
Temp to hire, 40 hour a week full-time position (day shift, no weekends). The assignment would be now through early - late November with the possibility to hire on when the assignment is complete. Preparation and shipments of agricultural related products, receiving and stocking warehouse inventory and merchandise, picking and shipping orders. Do you have an always positive, can-do attitude? High school diploma or equivalent required.
S:
Candidates with previous LTL or small package/parcel shipping experience such as UPS and Speedee are fast-tracked General knowledge of warehouse operations preferred Personal computer skills required: Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills Communicate effectively verbally and written Interpersonal skills including effective communication and comprehension verbally and written One year forklift experience is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Utilize written pick-lists to prepare and package shipments, including pulling inventory from Warehouse shelving, racking, or outdoor stock lot 2. Prepare shipping documents according to the details on the pick list, as well as create shipping labels and/or manifests 3. Prepare shipment quotations and estimates 4. Assists and works closely with the branch Inventory Support Associate to process incoming shipments, including boxing, wrapping, or bagging parts, and/or stocking parts onto shelving and racking 5. Re-box/re-crate products as needed 6. Refurbish damaged or aged products when possible (report product that is not compliant) 7. Keep work environment in a safe, clean, organized, and orderly fashion 8. Assist with restocking packaging and departmental materials/supplies 9. Perform additional related duties as requested or required This is a temp to hire, full-time position. Help needed through November with the possibility to hire on when the assignment is complete.
