Job :
This role is responsible for performing value-added production services withing the Distribution Center, including custom display assembly, drug product handling, machine-based packaging, and kitting operations. This role supports assembly line and small team workflows while ensuring strict adherence to work order accuracy, product quality, and cGMP compliance.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties :
Ensure work order items are accurately identified and of acceptable quality Follow the standard work and appropriate work instructions to assemble and prepare custom displays, package items, and operate packaging machines Follow all cGMP procedures, documentation requirements, and housekeeping duties to ensure that the facility is compliant Ensure that all custom displays, kits, and all production items are assembled with the appropriate products and quantity of products while maintaining high quality and integrity Maintain expected production rates in alignment with standard work and operational targets Operate a hand truck to move, convey, or assemble safely Perform other product handling activities including sorting damaged/defective goods or other returned products Operate hand tools such as box cutter, box stapler, and sealed air equipment to package work in a safe manner Effectively work as part of a team in a production enviroment Adhere to core values of Integrity, Change, Customer, Results, Growth, and Engage Other duties and projects as assigned
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience :
Assembly or production experience preferred Ability to use computer hardware and software to enter information and to conduct daily tasks Experience working in a modern distribution center environment preferred Daily use of basic math functions

Physical and Working Environment :
Typical warehouse working conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis, stand/walk for up to ten hours, and/or climbing; heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work around machinery with moving parts. Production hours are generally from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday. These hours may be adjusted in either direction as customer needs demand.
