• We're hiring Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in a fast-paced distribution and material handling environment. This role combines order picking, forklift operation, inventory support, and shipping responsibilities. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, production, labor, or forklift experience looking for long-term growth.
• Responsibilities
• + Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently + Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after training + Use RF scanners to track inventory and pick orders + Measure materials accurately using a tape measure + Sort, organize, stage, and band materials for shipment + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices + Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed •Requirements•+ Warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred + Ability to accurately use a tape measure + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs as needed + Comfort working on your feet throughout the shift + Strong attention to detail and safety + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and processes •Preferred Experience•+ Forklift operation + RF scanners + Inventory management or cycle counts + Order picking and material handling + Overhead crane operation + Shipping and receiving + Manufacturing or metal handling environments •What We Offer•Training provided Multiple shift options available Overtime opportunities Benefits available Attendance and performance incentives available with select employers Profit sharing opportunities with select employers Stable, long-term employment opportunities Career growth and advancement potential •Typical Shift Options May Include•1st
