Job Description

Job Summary Fletcher-Reinhardt Company is a full-line electric utility distributor headquartered in Bridgeton, Missouri, with additional locations in Iowa and Illinois. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Driver (Class B CDL Required) to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for accurately handling materials in the warehouse and safely delivering products to customer job sites. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values consistency and reliability, and enjoys being an essential part of a close-knit team that supports customers and coworkers. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver electrical utility materials to customer warehouses and yards, providing professional and timely service. Hold and maintain a valid Class B CDL and comply with all DOT, safety, and company driving requirements. Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely, including oversized or heavy items, using proper equipment and procedures. Pick, stage, and prepare orders accurately for customer delivery or shipment. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and organize inventory. Accurately receive, verify, and stock incoming materials; assist with inventory counts and material tracking. Use Eclipse to document material movement, deliveries, and inventory updates. Assist with warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety practices to maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant work environment. Communicate clearly with warehouse staff, drivers, sales teams, and customers to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries. Assist with loading and unloading freight, including work performed outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed, contributing to a team-oriented, dependable operation. Work occasional overtime as required based on business needs and supervisor direction. Required Qualifications Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Ability to meet all DOT physical, medical, and drug/alcohol testing requirements in accordance with company policy. Prior experience driving commercial vehicles or making local deliveries. Ability to safely lift 50 lbs independently and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance . Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing hands-on material handling tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic. Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Familiarity with DOT logs, inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance checks. Working knowledge of electrical utility products or construction materials. Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (such as Eclipse). OSHA training or other relevant safety certifications.
Schedule:
40 Hour week 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (30-minute lunch) Monday - Friday Bi-Weekly Pay Successful candidates for this position will be subject to a pre-employment background check, including a drug screening, in accordance with company policy.
