Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Material Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing materials within our warehouse, ensuring smooth operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will help us maintain safety standards while supporting our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

Shift:

Straight Nights Responsibilities Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and heavy machinery Operate material handling equipment safely following OSHA guidelines and safety protocols Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts and proper documentation Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Support warehouse operations by participating in manual handling tasks and heavy lifting as needed Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or materials handling roles Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and load/unload machinery with certification if applicable Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control Strong understanding of safety protocols including OSHA standards for manual handling and heavy equipment operation Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing Prior experience in shipping & receiving or construction environments is a plus Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse operations is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
