Job Description

We're hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join a manufacturing team in Dyersville, IA. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!

What You'll Do:

Assemble wood walls and trusses using blueprints and measurements Measure, cut, and position lumber accurately Operate hand tools and other equipment safely Bend, lift, and move lumber throughout the production process Inspect materials and finished products for quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks Basic measuring skills and attention to detail Experience with hand tools is preferred but not required Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Available Shifts and Pay:

1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:45 AM-4:15 PM (Frequent overtime on Fridays) 3rd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:45 PM-5:15 AM (Sunday nights required for overtime) Starting at $19.60/hour Apply today to get started!
