Job Summary The Production & Warehouse Associate at Repour is primarily responsible for the hands-on packing of finished product and the operation of production machinery. These two functions are the core of this role and the standard against which performance is measured. Meeting and sustaining productivity targets in packing and demonstrating competence in machine operation are expectations from day one. As proficiency is established and reliability is demonstrated in these primary functions, the role may expand to include broader warehouse management and inventory responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities — Packing & Production These functions represent the core of the role. Productivity, quality, and consistency in these areas are the primary measures of performance. Pack finished product accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets Maintain consistent packing pace and quality throughout each shift Inspect product during packing to identify and remove defective or non-conforming units Follow established packing procedures, labeling standards, and quality checkpoints Communicate production output and any issues promptly to the supervisor Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines Monitor machine output to ensure product quality and conformity to standards Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and minor adjustments Identify machine malfunctions and notify the supervisor or call for repairs as needed Record accurate production counts, machine performance data, and any downtime Warehouse Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments — verifying accuracy and quality of goods Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling for delivery Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management Perform periodic inventory audits Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with other departments to support timely and accurate order fulfillment Repour is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug free workplace, ADA compliant General Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Comply with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Support team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment Minimum Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to perform repetitive production tasks accurately and at a sustained pace Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to identify and communicate machine issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills a plus; familiarity with inventory or production tracking software preferred Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred Experience operating production machinery a plus Growth Path This role is designed with a clear path to expanded responsibility. Associates who consistently meet packing productivity standards and demonstrate safe, proficient machine operation will be considered for: Expanded warehouse and inventory management duties Cross-training on additional machinery and production lines Lead or senior production responsibilities as the team grows Physical Demands & Work Environment Regularly required to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and fingers for packing, handling, and operating machinery Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Repetitive motion is a standard feature of this role Vision requirements: close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus Occasional exposure to: large machinery, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and riskof electrical shock Noise level: moderate; hearing protection may be required in certain areas

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
