Job Description
Position Overview We're looking for a dependable Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, and support daily warehouse operations. If you're detail‑oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in doing things right the first time, you'll fit in well here. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available) Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper labeling Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with loading/unloading trucks Work closely with inside sales and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Qualifications 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills (ERP/label printing experience a plus) Forklift experience preferred (we will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Day shift schedule — predictable hours, no nights Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term employment with a respected local company
