Job Overview Ferguson Enterprises is looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join us as a DC General Warehouse Associate IV
This position is key to our operations and ensures the accurate receipt and recording of critical shipments. Responsibilities Ensure inbound shipments of high importance levels are received and recorded accurately, maintaining our strict standards of accuracy. Undertake general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods within the facility. Support site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records. Resolve orders of high complexity levels that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments to determine the best course of action. Select and prepare items for shipment, making sure every package adheres to our quality criteria. Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistent and effective operations. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, particularly in receiving and managing high-complexity orders. Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with various departments. Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to maintaining flawless records and documentation. Ability to strictly adhere to HSE policies and procedures. Determined and capable of successfully implementing solutions to complex challenges. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Pay Range:
- $15.00
- $30.15
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
