Production- General Labor(Multiple Positions)

Job Description:

Gem State Staffing will be hiring Production Workers / General Laborers for multiple positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking entry-level factory jobs , production work , or warehouse positions with flexible shift options.

Pay:

00 per hour (DOE)

Shifts Available:

Shift start off as 8 then transition over to 12 hour shifts. 12-hour shifts. Day and night shifts may be available depending on position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general factory and production line work. Operate basic machinery and equipment (training provided.) Package, sort, and inspect products for quality. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor , including lifting up to 50lbs, standing, bending & twisting at the waist. These are repetitive tasks. Must pass a fitness/physical test. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak) for safety and communication. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
