Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient handling of inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas, maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and verifying order accuracy through picking & packing procedures. Manage shipping & receiving tasks by inspecting incoming goods, recording deliveries in the warehouse management system (WMS), and coordinating with carriers. Support inventory control activities including stock counts. Collaborate with team members to load & unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred ; we value motivated individuals eager to learn! Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, order fulfillment, and stock management. Basic math skills are necessary for counting inventory, verifying shipments, and performing measurements accurately. Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and warehouse safety standards will help you excel in this role. $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
