Job Description

Full/Part-Time positions: Flexibility to work as few hours or as many hours (10 to 40 hrs)
Experience Required:
experience in soldering, 3D printing, laser cutting will be preferred
Hands-On Work:
70% involves using tools, wearing gloves, fixing merchandise, and handling packaging. 30% involves communication, administrative tasks, and space organization. Merchandise typically weighs 20-30 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Training:
40 hours of training at $15/hr (no commission during training).

Starting Base Rate:
$15.00/hour (Trainee rate)
Pay Schedule:
Bi-weekly Pay Increases:
Performance evaluations every 100 hours worked, with a $1.00/hr raise per successful review up to $20.00/hr • Technicians qualify for commission bonuses once they hit the $20.00/hour mark and pass a technical evaluation quiz.
Work Hours:
9 am - 6 pm (a shift of 4-6 hrs during posted business hours) Stand-by shifts: Anytime (open/mid/close, 4-6 hrs per shift)
