This is a full-time position, 3rd shift Sunday- Thursday (10:00 PM - 06:30 AM), located in Bolingbrook, IL.

REQUIRED

Minimum 2 Years Experience Operating Forklift Kardinal Madison Group (KMG) is seeking full-time Warehouse Dock Associates to join our 3rd shift at our Bolingbrook, IL Warehouse! We manage a tri-temp warehouse for a national specialty food distributor. We are currently looking to hire hard-working individuals with prior warehouse experience to join our team. Responsibilities Operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage pallets and freight. Safely handle inbound and outbound trailers, including unloading deliveries and preloading outbound shipments. Verify pallet counts, product condition, and temperature requirements before storing or shipping. Move freight between cooler, freezer, and ambient areas as directed. Maintain accurate records by labeling, scanning, and updating warehouse systems. Inspect forklifts daily and report any mechanical or safety issues. Keep dock and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient dock operations. Skills & Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment (2 years required) Proven experience in forklift operation (2 years required) Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Experience working in a fast-pasted environment Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50lbs) High school degree or equivalent

A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing, and shipping preferred Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is required (previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management Ability to efficiently work independently of direct supervision Must be detail-oriented Must be able to learn how to use warehouse management software and operate modern automated shipping equipment Must have good attendance and tardy record
