Warehouse Associate (Picking & Delivery)

Job Description:

Results-driven Warehouse Associate with experience in order picking, inventory handling, and timely delivery of goods. Skilled in maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient warehouse operations and safe transportation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders based on pick tickets or electronic systems Load, unload, and stage products for shipment and delivery Perform local deliveries while ensuring safe driving practices and on-time arrival Verify order accuracy before dispatch and upon delivery Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and customers Complete delivery logs, shipping documents, and basic administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or delivery driving preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (typically up to 50 lbs) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic knowledge of inventory systems or handheld scanners (RF scanners) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reach truck and Cherry Picker experience required Strong time management and organizational skills
