Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer - Installer to join our foundation repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various installation projects across residential and some commercial sites, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the successful completion of projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting diverse aspects of building and installation work. Duties Assist with the installation of basement and crawlspace waterproofing and foundation repair systems using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret construction drawings to support accurate installation work if needed. Operate tools safely during site preparation or material handling tasks Support basement and crawlspace waterproofing and foundation repair installation activities Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Skills Experience with construction principles and processes is a plus Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Experience with heavy equipment operation not required, but is a plus Ability to take direction from others Ability to perform construction tasks and ensure quality control throughout projects Must be able to lift 50+lbs, work indoors and outdoors Familiarity with materials such as concrete, pvc, or caulking We're committed to supporting your growth while delivering top-quality results on every project.
