1st Shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support receiving, inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse picking, receiving, and material handling while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. This position is primarily based in Buffalo Grove, IL, with occasional project-based work at our Elgin, IL facility (up to 10% of the time). Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel between locations. Key Responsibilities Perform receiving duties accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Stack boxes on pallets and carts while following safe material handling procedures. Read, count, and verify product quantities and part numbers. Use handheld scanners and calculators to track inventory and complete transactions. Support inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies. Operate pallet trucks and other material handling equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure timely material flow. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of warehouse picking, receiving, shipping, or material handling experience. Ability to accurately read, count, and match product information. Experience using RF scanners or handheld scanning devices is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 55 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the entire shift. Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Are you comfortable standing and walking for the majority of your shift, including going up and down stairs?
