Warehouse Clerical Associate Hucks Warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Clerical Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by performing accurate data entry, documenting inventory, providing scheduling support, and communicating with warehouse personnel, drivers, and management. Essential Responsibilities Process and maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation. Enter and verify inventory, receiving, and shipping information. Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating transportation activities. Communicate with drivers, warehouse associates, and management regarding operational needs. Prepare and file paperwork related to warehouse operations. Support inventory control processes and cycle count documentation. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous clerical, administrative, warehouse office, or logistics experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
