Temp-to-Hire Job Summary The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse tasks under the direction of management. Responsibilities Pick and repack products accurately and efficiently Prepare and process small-parcel shipments Prepare LTL shipments and build pallets Load shipments safely and efficiently Receive and unload incoming products using a pallet jack Stock, replenish, and organize inventory Perform repack and replenishment activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and work standards Perform other warehouse and facility duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable and dependable with good attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Temp-to-Hire Opportunity This position starts as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a permanent position based on attendance, performance, reliability, and adherence to company standards.
