Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking members to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary manufacturing facility. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in an active industrial environment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production areas, common areas, break rooms, restrooms, and other facility spaces. Sweep, mop, dust, wipe down surfaces, and remove trash and debris. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas throughout the facility. Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly. Help keep walkways and work areas free of debris and hazards. Work independently while also communicating effectively with the production and maintenance teams. Perform other general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed. Work Environment Manufacturing/industrial facility Dusty environment Temperatures may vary and can be hot or cold depending on the area and season. Position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks. Must be comfortable working around active manufacturing operations. Qualifications Reliable and dependable attendance. Strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment. Previous janitorial, cleaning, sanitation, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
