CNC Operator 2nd Shift, Material Handler, Estimator, Maintenance Tech

Job Overview We are seeking motivated Individuals to join our team for our open roles: CNC Operator 2 PM till 10:30 PM (5 Open Roles) Material Handler from 5:30 AM to 2 PM (2 Open roles) Estimator 8 AM to 5:30 PM (Salary role must have an Engineering degree) Maintenance Technician 5:30 AM to 2 PM (1 Open role and must have CN maintenance experience we have 1 open role) We would love to meet you in person or apply on our website Global Gear & Machining in Downers Grove, IL. Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment with precision and safety awareness Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines to meet production specifications Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards during production Maintain detailed records of machine performance and quality control checks Move product for Operators Work with team to submit estimates for possible future orders from our customers. Work with the engineering team for accuracy Lift up to 25 pounds for our CNC Operator role. Drive a forklift to move product Experience Proven factory experience working with CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment Hands-on knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc preferred), and blueprint reading Strong understanding of quality control processes utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting technical issues Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and procedures Go to Global Gear & Machining Website to apply for any open roles Join us as a key contributor to our manufacturing excellence!
