Warehouse Associate Doners Grove 1st shift $18 - 23 Job Description The Warehouse Associate accurately picks, packs, and moves materials within the facility using stand-up reach forklifts, pallet jacks, and basic computer systems. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and light assembly activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on their feet, collaborating with others, and contributing to efficient warehouse operations on a first-shift schedule. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and move materials within the warehouse Use forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to transport products Verify orders for accuracy before shipping Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks Perform light assembly of products as needed Stock and organize inventory in designated locations Use basic computer systems to print and manage order documents Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment Work on your feet, lift materials, and support team operations Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Downers Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
