Responsibilities Safely load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks. Sort and organize incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy, utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Perform order picking tasks with precision, including picker operations for efficient order fulfillment. Ensure proper handling of materials during shipping and receiving processes, adhering to OSHA safety standards. Operate heavy equipment like forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks to move large or heavy loads safely within the warehouse. Assist in inventory management by loading, unloading, and stacking materials on pallets or shelves. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while following safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling roles. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks; certification preferred. Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking. Experience with RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking. Prior warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are a plus for growth opportunities.
