TEMPORARY 3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
Express is looking for warehouse worker's to maintain and manage the onsite TA supply conexes for designated units. Responsible for tracking and inventorying tools, materials, and supplies used by craft personnel on the units. Load, unload, and organize inventory, ensure accurate records, and coordinate re-supply with supervision as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
Pay:
up to $25/
H Responsibilities:
Man the onsite TA supply conexes and ensure secure, organized, and accessible storage of all crafts-related materials and tools. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; maintain accurate inventory records in designated systems. Monitor stock levels and usage trends; anticipate needs and initiate re-supply requests through supervision. Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies; ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage according to safety and regulatory requirements. Prepare and issue tools and materials to crafts on the units in a timely and controlled manner. Maintain security and access control to conexes; enforce inventory control procedures and safety protocols. Coordinate with supervision to place replenishment orders and track order status to minimize downtime. Report damages, losses, or variances; assist with investigations and corrective actions. Generate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to supply handling and inventory processes.
