3rd Shift Warehouse Associate

at Brady Companies, LLC in Glenview, Illinois, United States Job Description We are in search of a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The Union Warehouse Worker will receive and put away product and pick and ship orders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors.
• Pick outbound orders.
• Provide general warehouse labor support.
• Visually inspects products for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
• Pack items in designated carton per customer orders.
• Place identification labels on outbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift frequently up to 15-35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Warehouse experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
• Forklift, reach trucks and other D/C equipment operation experience preferred, but willing to train.

Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $21.50 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
