9:00 AM - 5:30PM Central Time Duration:
2 Months Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and quality-checking products accurately and efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow warehouse, shipping, and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against shipping documents. Identify and report discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items. Enter shipment receipts into a computer system and print shipping labels. Pick outbound orders using RF scanners. Verify product quantities and ensure the correct products are selected. Select appropriate packaging and pack products securely. Move completed packages to the designated quality-check area or conveyor line. Pack and unpack boxes and load/unload boxes from pallets. Follow all warehouse, shipping, and safety procedures. Maintain accuracy and productivity while completing assigned tasks. Work effectively as part of a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred. Previous shipping, receiving, picking, or packing experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Experience using RF scanners is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands for extended periods. Ability to regularly pack and unpack boxes and handle warehouse materials. Ability to lift light to moderate weights. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and, at times, in confined areas. Ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
