The Fluid-Aire team has worked together to become an innovative, dynamic leader in the compressed air industry!
What We Offer:

Responsibilities Pull and stage all service orders "awaiting staging", and update required materials accordingly Coordinate and stage all new equipment and installation sales orders with sales admin, update required materials accordingly Package and ship all orders "awaiting shipments" and create shipments on order Receive all inbound inventory and create item receipts on the associated PO's Re-label inventory where needed Position all stock inventory within appropriate shelf location Follow up and locate all unused materials from technicians. Restock inventory on shelf and mark as received on the unused materials report Ensure all inventory is tidy and in its proper shelf position Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times Conduct inventory counts and adjust inventory where necessary Identify and ensure all serial controlled items are accurate for every outgoing order Ensure all inventory pulled has a supporting transaction in Salesforce Label all staged materials with the appropriate job name Restock all shipping supplies as necessary and ensure you have found best price for items (cardboard boxes, tape, packaging paper, lumber, clear plastic zip loc bags, shrink wrap, inventory labels, steel strapping, framing nails, etc.) Restock all technician supplies (cleaners, rags, oil absorbent pads, gloves, safety glasses, dust masks, water, ear plugs, etc.) Ensure propane for fork trucks is replenished Process and ship out stock transfers Receive inbound stock transfers Create stock transfers to replenish inventory on tech trucks Qualifications Warehouse experience Ability to lift heavy objects Meticulous attention to detail Tech-savvy; ability to quickly learn inventory software, databases, and systems Good organizational and time management skills Forklift experience Schedule Monday through Friday No weekends 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
