PeopleShare is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a growing 3PL distribution facility in Joliet, IL. This facility supports retail store operations by distributing store equipment, fixtures, parts, and supplies.

This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working in multiple areas of the warehouse and are open to cross-training and learning new skills.

Job Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders using RF scanners

Perform quality control checks and verify order accuracy

Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare shipments

Assist with shipping and receiving operations

Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse

Operate electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and pallet jacks

Maintain inventory accuracy and organization

Support warehouse housekeeping by sweeping floors, removing trash, and keeping work areas clean

Assist in multiple departments as business needs require

Cross-train in warehouse functions, including material handling equipment

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required

RF scanner experience required

Experience with order picking, quality control, and inventory handling preferred

Shipping and receiving experience preferred

Experience operating pallet jacks and EPJs preferred

Experience with PE3 or PE4 equipment is a plus

Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Must be comfortable performing general labor duties as needed

Steel-toe shoes required
