Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Handler to join our team in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for using RF scanners to pick and prepare orders accurately, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely, staging, labeling, and verifying outbound shipments, and ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a distribution/warehouse environment, forklift experience, and is reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently. Shift:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM•2:30 PM | $17.50/hour + OVERTIME 4:30 AM•3:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM•11:30 PM | $17.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential = $18.50/hour + OVERTIME 3:30 PM•1:30 AM Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Use RF scanners to pick and prepare orders accurately Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely Stage, label, and verify outbound shipments Ensure accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment Requirements and Qualifications Experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred Forklift experience is a plus Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently — (Salary range based on experience) —
