Valid driver's license with a clean driving record The Opportunity You will serve as a foundational anchor for our operations, directly driving the efficiency of our warehouse logistics and field team support. This role grants you the autonomy to manage inventory systems while receiving full financial backing to expand your professional certifications and technical skills. You will work alongside a leadership team committed to long-term career growth, safety, and personal accountability. How You Will Make an Impact Maintain an organized, clean, and highly efficient warehouse environment to ensure daily operational safety. Receive, stage, and distribute roofing materials and jobsite supplies to maximize field crew productivity. Track tools, equipment, and inventory accurately to report shortages or material damage in real time. Load and unload commercial materials safely, maintaining the physical ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Execute precise deliveries and pickups to jobsites, vendors, and suppliers as directed by operations. Secure all transport loads properly while strictly following DOT and company safety regulations. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles, tools, and small engine equipment. Required Qualifications & Experience Valid driver's license paired with a demonstrated clean driving history. Strong organizational, reliability, and communication skills necessary for inventory and team logistics. Mechanical aptitude required to perform basic small engine repairs, such as changing filters, plugs, and oil. Absolute willingness to obtain an Illinois Class C driver's license and forklift certification via company-paid training. Commitment to following all established company policies, safety procedures, and daily shift schedules. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior professional experience working within a warehouse environment or the construction industry. Specific background or familiarity with commercial roofing materials and specialized jobsite supplies. Previous experience tracking inventory records and maintaining detailed daily delivery logs. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting small engines and determining when external mechanic service is required.
